Sparkle and stripe!

Meet my BFF, aptly named 'Sparkle girl!!' Just as she has fascination with everything sparkly and glittery, I adore stripes! 
We have a little bit of a fascination with playparks, who doesn't? I wish I was a small child once again! 
I'm reworking two items I've already worn to death: my top in 'Don't Look Now' and my shorts in 'Je suis Moi'. 
Also, just need to add that these photos were took when it was pretty cold hence the snood and tights.

Aujourd'hui, je porte ... H&M

The incredibly amazing things that happened to me this weekend -
1. My Pentax K1000 came. LOVE.MY.LIFE! 
2. At the time of writing this post I have 219 followers. Eeek ♥ 
3. I successfully managed to book flights and a hotel (without help from my mother)! 
4. Went a little crazy at the sales and brought about 1000 pairs of jeans. So maybe it was little exaggeration but still, I have brought alot. 
I really like this outfit because it is so dark - it really reminds me of something that Emmanuelle Alt (from VP) would wear. Even if is not entirely appropriate for the hot summer months xoxo

Eva Green: A flair for drama
Eva Green is an exotic femme fatale (half Swedish and half Algerian-French) who always wears the best haute couture and looks so fierce doing so, never letting her clothes wear her. Dark, edgy, fabulous - well, she was a Bond Girl!

^^ She deffo reminds me of a cross between Rachel Weisz and Lena Headey (300) in this photo! 

Anna Mouglalis- Rockstar

I adore Anna's style - it's so rockstar full of leather, black - simple but effective pieces and just speak effortless cool. Almost like Freja Beha and her uniform of black skinnies, white tees, army boots and leather jackets! The only difference - Anna wears hers with a Parisian twist. 

Géraldine Saglio - Voguette

Assistant stylist of French Vogue (and former assistant of Emmanuelle Alt), she has a style perfect for French Vogue and now as the magazine pioneers under Alt, a style reminiscent of the editor. In honesty, I don't just have a mega girl crush on her wardrobe, its that of everyone who works at VP (Vogue Paris).  Classy but with an edge, so appealing. 

I know that so so many of these looks are perfect for the A/W period but in the sweltering heat I just can't wait for these months. Sunburn and sunstroke are now much more un-appealing.
